Yes. This is new to me. I appreciate the lead to follow up. But many unanswered questions, like if you have true insomnia your sleep number is 0. If you mean setting your alarm to get up early no matter if you sleep or not, that atleast makes sense and is a good challenge.

Also, mixing in CBT is a whole other animal. So having a doctor and sleep coach would be necessary to combine all the pieces. Thanks am following
