OK, Peter. Who are you again and how did you get me to read a long article with AOC and Bernie in the title? :-) Lots of good analytics here. We always focus on what can't be done but the trades gap is a very fixable supply and demand issue without Biden throwing yet more wasted money at it. We have so many incentives for people to take what could be $90,000 + a year trade jobs. Factory built housing is taking the market from stick built housing. Rural fix it up housing is doable but many of the poor don't seem to want to move away from the economic handouts of the big cities...especially with many jobs not located downtown anymore.

I like your ideas of government incentives not pure give aways.

Good insight. Want to hear more. Solution based and maybe less problem focused. Biden and the squad need to learn NO and proscribe qualifications on immigrants not the free for all mess we have now. NO two words that are just scare them to death.

PS: Looks like Argentina finally, finally is saying no to their bloat and yes to austerity. Miracles are happening but this Hemisphere is leaning right to economics and law and order. The immigrants I work with want opportunity and law and order and surprisingly see Biden as reminding them of the weak leaders they are fleeing. Thanks again. Am following.
