Man, Robin-bird. You are a true scientist on the MBTI. Glad you are putting a new program together.

I came out ENTJ-T. Not surprising because I am a 70%, big E - which comes from my dad and growing up in Akron, Oh.

But suprisingly I am not close to being a Commander. This style does not quite fit my more empathic style. I'm driven by goals but whatever the 71% Turbulence rating means, some empathic stuff gets in the way (My Restless legs and inconsistent sleep may be a significant part of this).

Finally, I never realized that your MBTI rating was based on a person's behavior under stress. I wonder if people are ever stress-tested to bring this out. Like having them take the test, before, during, and after a very stressful event in their lives - like moving or something :-)

I put myself up to taking challenges head on, but don't enjoy the emotional roller coaster as much.
