RLS people need to collect data to share what helps and what doesn't since we vary as individuals so much. I've uplifted my exercise and am moving on to diet. So some tracking data would make this more scientific and less random. I wished Don's whiskey solution comment below would work. :-) I have insomnia for 30 mins to 2 hours when I first go to sleep. Worth tracking I guess.
