I think we have only ourselves to blame. We went down the path of a two party system. Most people for years have not voted for the best person but instead, the better of two evils.

The mass of American voters have ended up in the middle. Moderates are fed up with the extremism of both warring parties. And they are on an island with no party and no viable candidate.

This is the hidden conscience of the country. But can they be mobilized into action? Can either party appeal to them?
