I love your writings William. Intellectual and well thought. I teach international students and my main goal is to help Black American students compete with other races who appear hyperagressive to succeed academically in America. What are your thoughts on making this a reality? Focus on rightful discrimination and inequity is totally the truth. The problem with too much is letting student performance slip. My school is named High Expectations. We try to set the bar high no matter what the past inequities and individually black students compete as well as anybody. But the advantages I see is other countries set the bar super high for their own children and failure is literally not an option. What can we do and how can I help black families to win, too? Thanks.
