I like the triplets idea, Jim. I think NH demand stems a lot from being able to cross the MA border with more jobs and generous benefits if you lose your job. NH prop taxes are probably higher %-wise but more house for the money makes NH a winner. Look forward to it and how W. Virginia compares. Best--
