Hi Michelle, Good insights. I was wondering how I will-- sooner then later-- set up my newsletter community. I want to make mine fun and useful - not overly sales focused--(my inbox is full of those:-) Any suggestions there? Also, any ideas about making it interactive not just outbound? I signed up for your newsletter and liked how you asked for my birthday. That seems like a nice personal touch. Appreciate it. Mark
