Love your title. I'm new to the world of writing case studies for copy, I just remember the Harvard ones and they were fascinating but very long.

I guess I used to elaborate on my idealistic career answers. Today, I'm more "Office Space" in attitude--"Let me add my highly sought value and leave me the heck alone..." :-)

So I want to learn more about these case studies. Can't wait for more. Best!
