Great summary. I watched Ray discuss this on YouTube and was blown away. Based on America's dominance being cemented with WWII, I count the American century being closer to 100 years which is still an amazing amount of time.

I still believe America supporting Democracies all over the world combined with the American dream may be the intangibles that can extend PAX Americana... But I may be in denial :-).

I still don't see people beating down the doors to emigrate to or not leave China. But the Chinese dream may happen further when Chinese want to stay home and see the rich lives of Singapore and S. Korea more accessible to them. It may be there already, just don't hear of rich Chinese thriving in America sized numbers.
