Great points, Kristie. It is amazing now that I work remotely how toxic the traditional office is designed. Except for some of the fancier silicon valley offices, I worked--- most are designed for people to sit all day.

Now that we have a fresher perspective, we can see how old school environments are less productive and costlier insurance-wise.

Thank goodness for technology, as I work outside as much as possible.
