Great.list. I love those cartoons and colors! How did you do that?
I found the H.A.L.T. slogan from 12 step programs really helpful when your spirits are down.
Hungry- Eat. Low blood sugar hurts
Angry- Call a friend. Walk.
Lonely- Visit a friend. Pet a kitty.
Tired. A nap or sleep can be a lifesaver.
