Numbers are staggering and if you are in that category, billionaires inspire rather than demoralize. The tax laws try to implement government social initiatives and heavily lean toward business ownership. That's why a flat tax is not used and why loopholes exist. The government would lose control of its social agendas. with a flatter tax.
