Good one, Yana. I never thought of you as a lurker :-) I think the 80/20 rule as always applies. You want to build your audience of engaged writers who you trust and want to support, elicit feedback, etc.

1000 followers = 200 engaged which is a lot and but you need to track and regularly read. Engaged follower here.
